1. Scope

These terms govern business use of LabelVerdict, a service operated by Frälse AB. LabelVerdict is currently intended for companies and professionals. By running a review, you confirm that you act for a business and are authorised to submit the material.

2. The service

LabelVerdict analyses submitted label artwork and supporting product documents against the rule-pack coverage shown when the review starts. A review may identify apparent compliance, required changes, missing evidence and checks that could not be completed.

Each review applies to one product and artwork version. Changes to artwork, formulation, claims, pack size or market may require a new review.

3. Not legal certification

LabelVerdict is decision-support software. A report is not legal advice, regulatory approval, certification or a guarantee that a product may be placed on the market. The responsible economic operator remains responsible for the product, its documentation and launch decisions.

Where specialist judgment, testing, notification or authority approval is required, you must obtain it separately.

4. Your material

You retain ownership of files and product information you submit. You grant Frälse AB a limited right to host, process, reproduce and analyse that material only to provide, secure and improve the service for your organisation.

You must have the right to submit the material and must not upload unlawful content, malware or information unrelated to a product review.

5. Accuracy and cooperation

You are responsible for supplying complete, current and accurate artwork, product facts and supporting evidence. LabelVerdict will mark affected checks as unverified when evidence is missing or cannot be read reliably.

6. Beta access and listed pricing

Reviews are free during the current public beta and no payment is taken. The intended post-beta price is SEK 1,000 excluding VAT for the first selected country plus SEK 200 for each additional country, capped at SEK 6,000 for all 27 EU countries.

The service provides an automated, source-based review and does not include manual expert review or regulatory approval. Results are normally delivered within ten minutes, although processing time may vary with file scope and service load.

Pricing may change before paid access launches. The exact price and payment terms, delivery time and scope will be shown before any future charge is made.

7. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to access another customer's files, reports or account.
  • Do not interfere with, probe or overload the service.
  • Do not resell reports as regulatory certification.
  • Do not use automated access unless we have approved it in writing.

8. Confidentiality and security

We treat non-public product files and reports as confidential. Uploaded source files are deleted after the review. The report can be saved to a passwordless account and remains private until the user explicitly creates a time-limited share link. No internet service is completely risk-free. Do not submit material you are not authorised to process.

9. Intellectual property

Frälse AB owns LabelVerdict, its interface, rule structure, software and report format. Official legal texts remain subject to their respective public-sector terms. These terms do not transfer ownership of your brands, artwork or product documents.

10. Availability and changes

We may update the service, rule coverage and these terms. We may suspend access for security, maintenance or material breach. The source snapshot and coverage recorded in a completed report remain part of that report.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Frälse AB is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, delayed launch or decisions taken solely on an automated report. During the free beta, our total liability for a review is limited to SEK 1,000. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or liability caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

12. Governing law

Swedish law governs these terms. Disputes are subject to the courts of Sweden, with Malmö District Court as the first instance, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
