Label and product files

Upload the label as it will be printed, preferably one PDF with every print surface. We treat it as the complete artwork unless it is visibly cropped.

Original files are deleted after review. Protected artwork images are saved with the report and follow its sharing and deletion.

Files are used only for this review.

The product type determines which published rule packs and evidence requirements are used.

What does the product contain?

Tick what is present. No recipe needed. Your answers avoid questions that do not apply to your product.

Allergens
Which allergens are included?

Gluten cereals, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soy, milk, listed nuts, celery, mustard, sesame, lupin, molluscs and sulphites above 10 mg/kg or mg/l. Consider applicable exceptions.

Sweeteners and polyols
Caffeine and liquorice

These are separate content checks, not an allergen list. Aspartame is a sweetener. Polyols are sugar alcohols and have a separate laxative-effect check. Caffeine and liquorice are separate labelling questions.

Caffeine includes natural sources. The confirmation below applies only to the checkboxes. Quinine and GMOs have separate answers.

Markets and channels

Choose the EU countries where the product will be sold. The EU baseline is included. National additions are available for Sweden, with specific Finnish language checks. Other national requirements are not fully covered.
